Safety Planning, Training & Project Controls

At Shane Coatings Services™ our #1 priority is consistent Quality Performance & Safety on every project. Safety planning, safety training, hazard recognition, environmental awareness, site control, and responsible work practices are part of how we support infrastructure, industrial, commercial, residential, and specialty coatings work.

Worker safety comes first. Our crews, supervisors, inspectors, and project teams approach each project with safety awareness and project-control practices designed to protect the workforce, the client’s property, surrounding personnel, and the environments connected to the work.

Every project begins with a review of the site conditions, scope requirements, access needs, surface preparation requirements, coating application environment, safety considerations, and applicable owner, engineer, manufacturer, or regulatory expectations. For regulated projects, required certifications, training documentation, personnel credentials, safety plans, product data, and project-specific compliance documents are provided through the applicable project submittal process.

Safety for Our Workforce, Your Property & the Work Environment

Shane Coatings Services™ places a major emphasis on worker safety. That same safety-led mindset is also applied to the client’s property, equipment, substrates, materials, adjacent work areas, and surrounding environment.

On coatings projects, proper safety planning helps create a more controlled work environment. Containment, ventilation, access planning, dust control, hazardous material handling, environmental awareness, surface preparation controls, and coating application-area management all help protect the people performing the work while also helping protect the client’s property and project surroundings.

This approach helps support a safer project, a cleaner work area, better coordination, and a more controlled path from mobilization through completion.

Industry, Safety & Coatings-Related Credentials

Shane Coatings Services™ supports demanding project environments with trained and credentialed personnel across OSHA, MSHA, HAZWOPER, AMPP/NACE, SSPC/AMPP, environmental, safety, surface preparation, and coatings-related disciplines.
